Rambaldi update
Rambaldi is now eight months old. Once he got over his fear of the stairs, he now loves to run up and down them, even if that's away from us. :) He absolutely loves to run in frantic ovals/circles, jumping up on the sofa or loveseat. Egging him on is pretty dang fun. :) He'll also run like that outside, and no egging on is necessary.
He has learned to sit and lie down, especially in order to get us to throw a toy or give him a cookie (dog biscuit) or treat. He's no good on a leash. Usually, he walks with his tail straight down. He did better on his first trip to the beach a few weeks ago. He got used to being on his leash, and he liked the sand and being around a small group of people. He certainly doesn't like large groups...as we learned the hard way during a church picnic, poor guy.
Rambaldi loves to destroy paper and sticks. He loves to get socks and go running around with them; he'll even do that with my shirts, wacky dog.
He just this weekend found a way to jump up on our very tall bed. He'd done it, almost accidentally, a few times, but he'd often slip off before he could get his hind legs up. Now he does it from the foot of the bed rather than the side. The boy can't be stopped!
